My passion for food started when I was young developing concoctions in my kitchen. Over time, I've grown to appreciate the taste and presentation of foods from all over the globe with a special focus on healthful foods. The goal of my meal preps is to make healthy, wholesome food that is delicious and exciting.
I am currently expanding my culinary knowledge by working as Sous Chef at 232 Bleecker in NYC. Come visit. :)
